"Farewell" to Kali - ImpUKGrCh Nemorez Magic Dragon

It is with heavy hearts that Ian and I have had to say goodbye to Kali.

He was first and foremost a big beautiful soppy stud boy! He was a friend and a great giver of cuddles and was very fond of the ladies!

Kali was a great asset to the breed and is behind many of the bloodlines now winning on the show bench. He lives on here in North Yorkshire where his son, grandchildren and even great grandchildren allow me to own them. His offspring also live in other parts of the country and are part of friends breeding lines.

It was a priviledge to be owned by a cat such as Kali, he was a super stud boy - kind to the ladies - and produced some wonderful kittens, he was easy to show and behaved impecably whilst meeting his public!

He is badly missed in Winterburn - but has gone across the Rainbow Bridge to be with Crumpet.

Sleep well sweet prince . . . . .

Julia May

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Julia. Her knowledge and love of the cat world was obvious and while she appeared quite fierce she had a wry sense of humour, a brilliant mind and a knowledge that knew no bounds. She was known to everyone in the Cat Fancy, whether it was as duty vet at a show or Show Manager of the Supreme she was a driving force for all things ‘cat’ Her love of cats and concern for their welfare was there for all to see and she did great work with the genetics committee. What you saw what you got with Julia and we won’t see a real Cat Woman like her again.

Her courage and fortitude as she fought her terrible illness was amazing and she must have suffered greatly but her will to live was huge. She is at peace now and leaves a huge gap in the Cat Fancy. Rest in peace Julia
